TKD's flowchart on 18/6

Time:
1) 7.45 am- 1.55pm ( members )

2) 7.45 - 5.00pm (for the committee members of 学艺展， not confirmed, depends on our progress tomorrow)

Venue/Location :
1 Cheng ,1 诚

Attire:
1) School uniform / 体育衣（for members who are not participating in the performance )

2) Normal T-shirt + TKD long pants ( for all the performers)

****P/S: ALL MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR YOUR SCHOOL UNIFORM OR *PE SHIRT(体育衣）* WHILE ENTERING THE SCHOOL GATE. BRING YOUR SHIRTS TO CHANGE.

7.45am - 8.00am :Gather, mark attendance

8.00am- 9.00am :1) Performers head to ROUND STAGE for rehearsal
2) Others stay in class to start the work.( Led by Kei Kei, 慈阳，俊震，郑欣）

9.00am-9.30am : 1)Briefing about 20/6 and 21/6
2)Briefing about everyone's duty period and specific job on 20/6 and 21/6
3)Discussion regarding everyone's "hope to change duty time".

9.30am-9.55am: Break time. for lunch. For those who doesn't need to eat, please stay in class and continue our work as time is seriously not enough.

9.55am-12.10pm: WORK!!!

12.10pm-12.35pm: Break

12.35-1.55pm: WORK!!!

1.55pm : Members are allowed to go home and tidur while committee members must stay back.

1.55pm - 5pm : WORK!!!!!!


Those who hope to change their duty time. we will discuss about it tomorrow, when everyone is there. Please do not call me and ask anything regarding the duty time anymore. Thanks.
